未能加载文件或程序集“DirectShowLib-2005, Version=2.1.0.26626, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=67e7b740cdfc2d3f”或它的某一个依赖项。系统找不到指定的文件。

Same here, seems like DirectShowLib's .dll isn't properly copied / linked anymore (was working on 2.2 nugget package)
