Boot into recovery mode: Restart the computer and hold down the Shift key during boot to access the GRUB menu. Select the recovery mode option.

Use a live USB: Boot from a Ubuntu live USB to check if you can access the hard drive and its contents.

Check BIOS/UEFI settings: Ensure the correct hard drive is set as the primary boot device.

Run fsck from a live environment: This can help repair filesystem issues.

Reinstall GRUB: If GRUB is corrupted, reinstalling it might solve the issue.
