[Suggestion] Add a Ponder to Cogwheels to show you can change their wood type

For a while I thought that the mod was broken, and in-fact I was originally going to be making a bug report until I thought about applying planks like casings.

Adding onto the base Cogwheel Ponder to include reskinning them would be very nice and would help idiots like me figure some stuff out a little easier.
