[Psy-X] make proper screenshots feature (jpeg format, unflipped)

Describe the bug
Screenshots are flipped on their horizontal axis, making them completely upside-down. Granted, I can flip these back in IrfanView or something, but... yeah, not ideal.

To Reproduce
Play game, hit F12 to take a screenshot.

Expected behavior
Screenshots should be saved right-side up?
