"prepare_idf" during the EnergyPlus fmu generator
be1a60e 
Previously this step was done exclusively during the initialization
phase, however doing prepare_idf during the fmu generation prevents an
idf file copy during simulation. This avoids writing to a location
outside of the EnergyPlus output dir that is potentially off limits, and
also keeps paths to idf resource files intact since the idf has not been
moved right before simulation.
