Add necessary RadMon web site files and build script for regional sources. Such files/scripts are available for global sources. These changes will follow the same form as the global sources, and will specify the necessary entry points to customize the html files based on the available sat/sensor sources for the requested data set.

Testing will be done using a subset of nam data.
