[NTR] Add concentration and its specializations (mass, amount, volume and number concentration) #90

Actually there already is CHMO:concentration which contains also the needed specialization. Unfortunately, rsc-ontologies/rsc-cmo#13 is still open so this CHMO class is not subsumed under IAO:scalar measurement datum where it should be. What is also missing are the relation axioms that connect it and its children to the respective PATO qualities (e.g. PATO:concentration of). See also rsc-ontologies/rsc-cmo#24.
We will thus mint them in VIBSO as a placeholder to see if the axiomatization will work out as expected and then propose a PR to CHMO once all the prerequisites are met.
