Collect set of relationship types required by all reasoner groups

Matt Brush seems to be coordinating a very good effort for this, right? I assume that those will end up in the Biolink Model YAML file, hence, all we need to do here is properly wrap the Biolink Model. In fact, Lance and I started a distinct library for this in the repo https://github.com/NCATS-Tangerine/beacon-ontology (Java library code already started; we'll expand to Python support soon)
