LISF DA_proc_SMAP Warnings

Hi Everyone
I am getting this warnings when I am running the LDT in DA_proc_SMAP (5th step) of LIS.

I have attached the screenshot below.
What does it mean and will it affect my output ?
Should I be concern about it or can I ignore it ?

Edit: I am using EnKF for Data Assimilation
