Hanging during startup & Low performance

When Quickdial is the homepage of the browser, during the startup, it causes browser to hang two consecutive times that lasts for a couple of seconds. Dials are unclickable and browser is kind of unresponsive during that time. Tested as the only addon in the browser.

This happens with 13 website dials & 5 folders on the main page with each folder having 1-3 subfolders and 10-50 websites in them.

I suspect this is caused by PC trying to load many dials (and their screenshots) even when most of them are inside subfolders. Maybe a way to reduce the screenshots' resolutions could help with loading time/hangs.
