Profile Change Not Saved

Describe the bug
I use profiles to manage changing needs through my menstrual cycle. When I modify my therapy and save, the changes don't save. I have to modify twice for the changes to save.

Attach an Issue Report
I don't know how best to attach an issue report documenting this.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings. Tap Therapy Settings.
2. Modify a Carb Ratio or a Basal Rate. Tap Save.

Expected behavior
Change should be saved. It is not.

There is a display bug that surfaced with iOS 18. I believe the root cause is similar to this Issue #2267.

You probably can just go to a different screen and then return and see that it did actually update. Several people are looking into a solution for this.
