Here are some suggestions to help build a fair indicator of ILK management and citations across IPBES deliverables.

- Comparison of references between an assessment bibliography and the IPBES ILK library
  - - Based on the DOIs (done for the IAS)
  - - Based on text comparison of ILK reference titles

- Comparison of references between an assessment corpus and the IPBES ILK library
  - - Based on the DOIs
  - - Based on text comparison of ILK reference titles

- Number of citations of each ILK reference from the IPBES ILK library in assessment bibliographies
