track stellar statistics in analytics dashboard #1857

For the integration of Stellar we should make sure data is being added correctly into the analytics dashboard. This includes:

projects count

filter drop down option for projects that have added stellar address
projects that have added only stellar address are included in total count

donations count

donations made in stellar increase total count
filter for donation made with stellar work correctly

donors count

unique donors who have donated on in stellar increase total count
filter for unique donors on stellar work correctly

total donations $

total USD value of donations on stellar increase total count
filter for total USD value of donations on stellar work correctly

new donors count

unique new donors considers new donors making their first donation on stellar

new donors donaton total USD

unique new donors considers new donors donation usd value making their first donation on stellar

Distribution of Tokens by Unique Donors

considers donations made on stellar network - particularly in XLM
filter for stellar network works correctly
