MangaPlus is an official, legal website created by Shueisha, the publisher responsible for Weekly Shonen Jump among others.

Here's some info from Wikipedia:

It is available in every country except Japan, China, and South Korea. The service publishes English-translated versions of new chapters from currently serialized manga in Weekly Shōnen Jump, some manga from Jump Square, Young Jump, V Jump and the Shōnen Jump+ app/website. The first chapters and the most recent chapters of all titles on the platform are available for free, while titles from Shonen Jump+ have all of their chapters for free. A Spanish version of the service launched on 25 February 2019.

What's great is that some of the manga available are simulpubs, that is, simultaneously published the same time that Japan releases it. There are also completed works available as a "Re-Edition".

As for implementation, the update schedule is listed for each manga, so you wouldn't need to check as often as most just update once a week.

It would be nice to support this legal, official source as much as possible.
