Feature/Site Request

What is the feature?
Make the viewer automatically set MangaRock to use vertical (full page) reading mode.

Other relevant information:
Just tired of having to manually set it each time.

MangaRock recently updated their website to remember which reading mode you chose via cookies. This issue probably can be closed now.
