Summary

https://github.com/ChainSafe/fil-actor-states/ needs to be updated to latest tagged https://github.com/filecoin-project/builtin-actors (once it's there) and released.

Note that we might not require a full copy given the last network upgrade was postponed.

Completion Criteria

  • release of fil-actor-states with newest builtin actor code is made
  • interfaces and shims are updated accordingly so that Forest compiles with the release above.
