Inconsistent formatting of Gathering Info... sections of Decision Point reference pages

Describe the bug

Many of the decision point pages have the "Gathering info..." section as a !!! tip callout. The following pages have it as a section heading.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the links above
2. Observe that their "Gathering info..." section is a heading and not surrounded in a green tip box the way it is on Exploitation, for example

Expected behavior

We should be consistent with this. My preference is that it's a !!! tip to offset it from the rest of the page.
