Bugfixes and added features

This version adds bugfixes and features added during the last year.

This includes:

• Analysis tiffs are now no longer exported as Bigtiff per default ( e6820c1 )
• Fixed a bug that made the mcdparser not working in Windows (#19)
• Special signs in labels caused ometifffolder2micat to fail (#29)
• When exporting uint dtypes, the data is automatically clipped (#30)
• Extracted metadata from .mcd files are saved together with the IMC files as .csv files (9e24e27 )
• Fixed an issue with newer tifffile versions (61953a7)
• Adding more options to save analysis tiffs ( 3fd5e32 )
