USB does not enable VBUS #3

USB VBUS never gets powered by the carrier. Most likely an error with the VBUS_EN# pins polarity or missing pull-up?

Might also be a firmware error.

Firmware error, the dbt requires a vbus-regulator which does not exist on the board.

Atmelfan added firmware and removed schematic labels
