Add a "spacer" option to workspace config #15

Workspace rows currently are filled from left to right. So a configuration like this isn't possible:


App 0	App 1
	App 2

If we had a "spacer" option that was available in the workspace config, users could add a spacer in cell (1,0) to create the above configuration.
