I keep getting an error when i try connect a zigbee integration

I plugged in my zigbee usb dongle to the pc in this case is COM3 - CC2531 Zigbee2mqtt https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/233457855706

I selected the correct radio type

I'm not sure. Serial support can be a problem on Windows
