Include the jar file in new builds

The releases page https://github.com/aiven/opensearch-connector-for-apache-kafka/releases includes the opensearch-connector-for-apache-kafka-version.zip which contains the opensearch-connector-for-apache-kafka-version/opensearch-connector-for-apache-kafka-version.jar already built.

Do you need this release jar distributed via maven? Or do you want artifacts published for each commit?

@ivanyu sorry for the late reply, our workflow includes maven for protobuf stuff and we only used maven, we ended up building from source
