I noticed that switching timeline to "Source Timecode Display" displays the timecode at framerate based on the last stream in the movie container.
For example if the first stream is movie at 30 fps and second stream is audio at 48 KHz, timecode will be displayed at 48 fps instead of 30 fps.
Similarly, the ffmpeg timecode stream is at 15 fps, so the Open RV timecode display will run at 15 fps.
Source Timecode Display in Flow Production Tracking RV is displayed correctly with the same movie samples I used.
